SEATING ARRANGEMENTS To maximize the impact of your program, choose from the following type of setups below: CONFERENCE STYLE SEATING ARRANGEMENT Conference Style Seating is best suited for small meetings where close interaction is preferred, such as small training sessions and committee meetings. U-SHAPE & T-SHAPE SEATING ARRANGEMENTS U-Shape And T-Shape seating arrangements are variations of the conference style, where face-to-face interaction is important, but the group is too large for a conference seating. It is also effective to place program leaders and speakers at the cross points. CLASSROOM STYLE SEATING ARRANGEMENTS Classroom Style is designed for lectures where people need to take notes. It consists of tables 30" wide and 6 feet long. The Classroom style works well with both large and small groups.
